Message from National Director…

Dear Friends,

It is great opportunity to present the work of TFG Trust to all of you. As I write this message, there is much change and promise of progress and development around us. There are fresh faces heading our government and we expect rapid growth in all areas, as the development sector continues to do its best for bringing about social change in India.

The Full Gospel Trust is committed to the Millennium development goals and thereafter to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). In achieving the same we work in partnership with other national and international NGOs and Government of India and other state governments. It is managed By a board of trustees who are experts of their own field. Our vision is for a just and compassionate Indian society in which all people will have the opportunity to achieve their optimum potential. Its priorities and objectives are to carry out charitable, holistic and sustainable development work among the poor, marginalized, downtrodden, illiterate, vulnerable and the exploited ones, irrespective of their caste, creed, color, sex or religion.

The Full Gospel Trust of India encourages volunteers to contribute their time, skills and energies to enhance the work being carried out at the grass root level. We are happy to record that in the twenty years since our inception, we have grown from placing a handful of volunteers/interns with partner NGOs, to forging new collaborations, partnerships and programs in order to strengthen our Community Development Programs.

Young people are the strength and asset of a nation, and it is in the age bracket of 18-35 years that the maximum numbers of our volunteers/interns come. The largest numbers of these are postgraduates who have contributed to programs that fitted their specialization or abilities best. Their contribution directly impacts the lives of many with whom they interact. It is heartening to note that the ratio of women volunteers/interns is steadily increasing.

I would like to thank all our committed staff, volunteers, partner NGOs, supporters, trainers and The Full Gospel Trust of India team for all their hard work and dedication and my fellow trustees.

Best wishes

Yours Sincerely

Rev. Dr. Abraham Sahu
